Reductive Painting - Gray with a Twist

Continuing with the reductive Gray Landscape series of California, Germany and other places I have experienced.

This one with a slight twist.

  1. Very interesting perspective. Sometimes I feel like I am looking out, but at other times I feel like I am looking up a great wall. Then again, it could just be this head-ache I have. :) None the less, I think you did a fabulous job!

    1. I think this is a real nice direction for you Matt. A cooled down Milton Avery. Then again I hate when people compare my work to others especially if I think it is way off base. All work after the prehistoric cave paintings contain references to preceding artist whether we intend it or not. What the hell am I rambling on about? Good work!
